Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of the L&D strategy to build the confidence and capability of team members through the development and delivery of effective, innovative and engaging Learning & development programs (Ex: Coaching, Mentoring, facilitate workshops, team-based development, webinars, e-learning/ web-based learning
  • Manage the training needs analysis and engagement with key stakeholders to identify learning gaps within the organization and identify learning outcomes to be achieved
  • Oversee the coordination of all learning logistics including communications, materials and resources, and material to ensure the provision of learning solutions in a meaningful, timely and cost-effective manner
  • Prepare and propose budgets, forecasts and reporting on all areas of training
  • Help in development and maintenance of the LMS to ensure accurate, relevant and effective electronic learning for staff
  • Ensure competency frameworks are embedded and maintained the through effective consultation and partnering with leaders and providing guidance and regular oversight.
  • Utilise various medium (including the Intranet) to share relevant articles, resources and case studies with staff and promote learner led development.
  • Develop and manage systems to ensure that comprehensive and up to date training records are maintained for all employees (records of individual training needs, skills matrix, records of certificates, attendance, details of certifications/trainings and date of attainment)
  • Ensure reminders and reports ensuring mandatory training needs are addressed appropriately.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & SKILL:
  • Graduate/ Post-Graduate with 5-8 years experience in Learning & Development role
  • Experience in a similar role with responsibility for the design, delivery and evaluation of L&D programmes, initiatives and strategies.
  • Ability to lead others providing instruction, direction and feedback to improve performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills and behavior is, incorporating verbal and written communication, flexibility, resilience.
  • Proficient computer skills in the Microsoft Suite including statistical analysis/reporting
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Coaching skills: Onboarding new leaders, influence and staff engagement, staff development,
  • Outstanding facilitation and presentation skills with a flair for engaging and motivating participants.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, incorporating effective planning, time management and organizational skills to achieve quality outcomes
