Job Summary
Qualification : Any Graduate in Any Specialization
Roles and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate collaborative approach among the location HRs to align with business goals
- Should exhibit good inter-department relation
- Collaborate with all functions to identify the Individual and Organizational development needs
- Responsible to execute the Annual training calendar and strive to achieve the Individual man-days
- Collaborate with all functions to perform competency mapping exercise to assess the Individual needs and address the gaps through training
- Execute L&D initiatives in specific with Hi-potentials development, & addressing Strategic business needs.
- Co-ordinate with Plant HRs to measure the Plant HR Metrics
- Co-ordinate with Plant HRs for preparation and submission of MIS at the required intervals.
- Drive the Implementation of HR IT initiatives across locations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Knowledge on e-learning platforms; HR Analytics;
- Familiar with MS Excel
- Good Communication and negotiation skills
- Planning & Information management
