Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate collaborative approach among the location HRs to align with business goals
  • Should exhibit good inter department relation.
  • Collaborate with all functions to identify the Individual and Organizational development needs
  • Responsible to execute the Annual training calendar and strive to achieve the Individual man-days
  • Collaborate with all functions to perform competency mapping exercise to assess the Individual needs and address the gaps through training
  • Execute L&D initiatives in specific with Hi-potentials development, & addressing Strategic business needs.
  • Co-ordinate with Plant HRs to measure the Plant HR Metrics
  • Co-ordinate with Plant HRs for preparation and submission of MIS at the required intervals.
  • Act as an interface between RNSS & NSK towards HR related matters
  • Drive the Implementation of HR IT initiatives across locations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Knowledge on e-learning platforms; HR Analytics;
  • Familiar with MS Excel
  • Good Communication and negotiation skills
  • Planning & Information management
