Job Summary

Requirements : We are looking for passionate candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position to provide timely customer support and feedback on the roll-out of new applications. Must be good at typing and entering the data. Capable of handling phone calls, emails, chats, and web tickets. Strong customer service orientation; self-starter; good listening skills; and the ability to analyze and solve technical problems Strong problem analysis, resolution, and writing skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet. Responsibilities : Work closely with the sales and development teams to complete the clients' onboarding process. Communicate with clients for gathering complete information and create client profiles. Help clients to handle the software independently and support them on Calls, chats, Mails, and any screen-sharing mode. Account Administration/Management Analyzing and preparing reports.
