Job Summary Bangalore, India
We are looking for experienced Technical Support Executives to be a part of our support team for French clients.
Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken French and must be French speakers without foreign accent.
Responsibilities
  • Be the India counterpart to the French Account Management Team in France
  • Receive support requests from clients and work with delivery team for successful resolution
  • Manage web projects and obtain the relevant information regarding the projects
  • Document client requirements and create a requirements list
  • Follow up on client approvals for marketing campaigns/ activities
  • Meet with the French support team on a regular basis to discuss progress and set expectations
  • Co-ordinate with delivery team to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery

Desired Skills
  • Excellent French language skills
  • 3 years of technical support in Website, Internet Marketing, or Advertising disciplines
  • Demonstrated understanding of website development, online marketing and customer support
  • Experience working simultaneously with multiple projects and clients
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Motivated self-starter, able to work in a client environment
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications, including outstanding presentation skills
  • Possesses comprehensive and detailed knowledge of issues within e-business
