Job Summary

Core Responsibilities:

  • Floating of tender along with full tender documents to prequalified vendors & contractors and preparing comparisons & Work/ purchase orders.
  • Evaluation of the Tender documents and the drawings, identifying the special clauses and taking care for the same while doing the rate analysis and costing.
  • Coordinating for conducting technical & commercial negotiation meeting between contractors & HOD.
  • Coordinating for the ISO Documentation.
  • Comparison of various products available in the market to support budgeting and value engineering.
  • Coordination with the contractor for timely completion of the work.
  • Rate analysis for all the civil works and comparing with the data given by consultants.
  • Verification of BOQ with reference to the GFC and shop drawings to optimize the cost.
  • Budget Preparation for new high-end residential and commercial towers for complete civil works.
  • Floating of tenders, negotiations and selection of contractors , management s approval, Preparation of contract document, Bill of quantities & closure of contracts, Addressing & raising claims against Contractors, Identify & develop alternate vendor sources for achieving cost effective execution of site activities & timely delivery of entire project work so as to minimize project cost.
  • Suggesting the management with regard to the new technologies and new materials in the market.
  • Co-ordination with the Client and the site team after the issue of LOI for the respective project.

What are we looking for?(Specific Skill Set)

  • Experience in finalizing civil contacts & tendering finalization in a real estate firm.
  • Knowledge of Tendering process, Rates & Market analysis, Negotiations, Finalization of contracts related to the Construction sector.

Qualification :
BE - Civil with 12+ years of experience in Contracts & Tendering.
Experience Required :

12 to 15 Years
