We are looking for an Human Resource Manager. HR management within an organisation is the bringing together of the strategies and processes to manage a company s workforce. Included under the umbrella term of HR management is the recruitment, selection and termination of employees, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation, rewards and benefits, and organisational development to help the company and its people develop and grow.
We are a young software firm, where we build products for the Indian marketing and media industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment :
Build new and maintain all job requirements for all open positions.
Manage end to end recruitment for the open job positions.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies, managing job portals and LinkedIn for the new job positions.
Onboard newcomers to the company and provide an onboarding experience for the new joinee.**
Culture Building :
Encourage the OKR and objective oriented work in the organisation.
Enhance the organization s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations with human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Cultivate professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Keep the service manual relevant & updated for the workforce.
Manage the performance management and review process.
Required qualification & Skills :
2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
