Hr Manager Job in Shivaami
The HR Manager will be responsible for assisting in the process of talent acquisition and recruitment. The candidate must be familiar with employee onboarding procedures and help organize training and development initiatives. Other responsibilities include promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace, assisting in development and implementation of human resource policies, administering compensation and benefit plans, gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics, analyzing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews, maintaining records and files, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Candidates must have proven experience as HR generalist, understanding policies and procedures, knowledge of HRIS system, and excellent communication skills.
