We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. This person will play a major role in customer acquisition and in achieving our revenue objectives.Responsibilities:
- Understand and be able to articulate company values and offerings
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest via various channels
- Build target accounts and account maps based on research
- Generate warm leads and new sales opportunities through emails, follow-ups, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure.
- Track and enable leads to close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects
- Track progress and share with the sales executive team
- Assess competitors by analysing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of proven inside sales experience in the IT Services space (Current or Last Employer), with US-based companies
- Track record of achieving quotas and meeting targets consistently
- Excellent verbal and strong written communication & articulation skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with CRMs
- Detail-oriented and process driven
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent
