Job Summary WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Sr. Specialist part of BCG's BST HR team, you will be responsible executing strategic projects that drive organizational effectiveness and support business goals. Drive BST leadership priorities through collaboration with senior leadership and various cross-functional stakeholders. Track BST Visioning & Project Pathfinder initiatives Engage and drive geo level engagement initiatives with Office leads and HR leadership. Storylining and creation of presentations for leadership discussions on key initiatives. Data analytics and deriving insights from survey results (People Survey) Develop and deliver actionable metrics/dashboards that offer strategic insights for Leadership and track success of initiatives. Liase with microsite team to update latest policy documents on Policy Point Be a POC for HR policies such as creche and Expectant Mothers Commute Run the BST Mentorship Program and spread awareness through refreshers Draft communications and mailers to spread awareness about initiatives/changes Arrange knowledge sharing sessions on strategic initiatives (Pathfinders Series) Create decks for leadership sessions in Townhalls and other office events. Support execution of BST engagement activities in office (travel) Support adoption of Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT and Deckster YOU'RE GOOD AT Prior experience in data analytics / reports Project management Understanding business context and apply learnings to meet priorities Extremely high bar on eye for details Should be proficient in communication both oral & written Solution driven and result-oriented Taking end to end ownership Willing to scale up in a fast-paced firm Ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels- both internal and external Negotiating skillfully in tough situations, convincing others to act YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) 6-8 years of experience. MBA from a reputed college. experience in working in HR Analytics domain. Good Communication skills.
