Senior Specialist - Data Engineering Job in Ltimindtree Limited

"Having 10+ years of experience to manage enhancement project in Data & Analytics area using Agile best practices.

Scrum Master and/or SAFe5+ certification is must.

Must be a champion in both Scrum and Kanban.

Can play the role of an Agile Consultant to the customer. Teach, coach and model Agile mindset and behaviors while enabling the pod to become self-organizing

Manage project s scope and timeline and coach team members as well client in Agile frameworks.

Mentored Product Owners in creation and maintenance of Product Backlog, UAT/business review defects etc.

Guide development team to higher Scrum/Kanban maturity.

Maintain a look-ahead mentality to identify issues that may arise before they do.

Manage external dependencies and/or recognize situations where the pod will need cross-functional support and facilitate the coordination. However, refrain from micro-manage or make decisions for the pod or assume responsibility for making all Jira updates.

Experienced in driving team and set the pace, ensuring teams are working towards delivery exceelence.

Experienced in Backlog Refinements, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retro and other Scrum/Kanban ceremonies.

Experienced on monitoring, reporting and taking corrective actions based on metrics/trends such as Sprint Velocity, Sprint Burn-down Chart, Product Backlog health, etc.

Experience in preparing Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reports.

Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.

Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)

Resolve conflicts and remove bottonnecks.

Know how to communicate effectively across organizational, technical and political boundaries."
