Here, as Boomlet, now we are in a rapid expansion phase to enter into more various other Influencer Marketing related and media services as an offering and engage a wide spectrum of clients, and to power this we have a lot of exciting stuff planned and to create them we are
currently searching for a Senior Media Manager Influencer Marketing .

Responsibilities

  • Define, maintain, and evolve the overall influencer relations strategy and creative
    campaigns
  • Track performance of campaigns and individual content creators using internal and third-
    party tools, and present campaign reports of activities to the clients
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies, SOP s, and other processes when
    required.
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
  • Take responsibility for campaign budget management to ensure campaign profitability and
    ensure deadlines and key milestones are met
  • Understand the finance processes and ensure team accuracy with client billings and
    supplier payments
  • Lead, motivate & inspire your Exec(s) to develop within their roles
  • Maintaining strong operational decorum of the team and functional KRA s to be maintained
  • Strong internal and external team co-ordination and networking with vendors, partners, and
    consultants
  • Timely insights, analysis, and reports

Requirements-

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience of handling team of at least 10
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience in the Digital Media industry
  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of agency module and Influencer marketing industry
  • Well organized with great time management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
