The ideal candidate is an energetic self starter. You will be the face of an e commerce company you will own the customer relationship from the very beginning. You will interact with customers who are emailing, calling, and texting about product questions and account inquiries. It s important that you can work during Pacific U.S. time zone hours.

What you ll do:
- Act as an ambassador for excellent customer service standards taking ownership of resolving each customer enquiry
- Talk to customers to understand their needs with empathy.
- Research and resolve customer problems by navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
- Provide customers with information about additional products and services
What you have:
Essential:
- 2 years experience in a customer support role via email, chat and/or phone
- Efficient in Google Docs, MS Office and Data entry systems \- Strong attention to detail
- Strong writing and grammar skills Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts verbally and in writing
- Ability to solve problems efficiently using the resources and/or tools at your disposal
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and manage own time effectively.
- Flexible; respond positively to change and pick up new knowledge and skills quickly
- Comfortable learning new software
- Thrive in a self motivated and self-managed remote working environment
- Flexible Working hours, Open to work in US Shifts.
- Solid Internet Access
- Quiet environment to make phone calls when necessary
- Excellent customer service skills
- Desire to help customers solve problems
- Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
Desirable:
