As per the company's regulations, all candidates doing the KYC Job must follow the below rules:
1) Commissions will be released only if the candidate has completed the minimum work target of 150 leads per month (5-6 leads daily).
2) Candidate must report his/her day start (starting time) every morning on WhatsApp.
3) Candidate must reply to the messages and attend calls made by the Team Leader and Admin Staff at all times. In case of busyness, candidate must callback and respond to messages immediately once available.
4) Candidate must maintain the following reporting formats:
a) List of Today's Appointment to be submitted during morning time
b) List of Completed KYC cases to be submitted during evening time
c) List of non responding and problematic leads to be submitted everyday
5) Candidates completing target of 250 cases within a month will be eligible for incentives.
6) Absence on work due to any reason except for surprise sickness must be informed a day before. Absense due to surprise sickness must be reported in the morning.
*Note: Un-informed absence will attract deductions in your Commissions*
7) Inactivity for 3 days (No Leads closed within 3 days) will result into deactivation of your Login Access ID and your access will be blocked. So vacations and long leaves must be informed to the Admin as soon as possible.
*Note: Penalty will be applicable for your Login Access ID reactivation .*
8) Candidate willing to leave the job must submit their resignation 30 days prior to their last working day with us.
*Note: Commissions will not be provided if the candidate left the job without informing.*
9) Candidate must own a good quality Android smart phone for smooth work operations.
