Job Summary YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand the business process and Validation requirements and identify fit for purpose business solutions for Bayer Data Science & Analytics SBUCoordinate with internal business , technology teams & vendors (partners) to implement and maintain the systems / solutions for Bayer Data Science
& Analytics SBUPlay the role of Process Manager with daily operations of Application Life Cycle Management, such as Change management and Release Management in line with R&D SOPsAuthor application lifecycle management documentation such as User Requirement Specifications, Process Flows, System Specifications, Requirement Trace Matrix, Test Cases, Change Control etc.Ensure procedures, personnel, and support systems are in place for new systems or major changesSupport other technical groups (IT, Engineering, etc.) in development of solutions to business needs, with emphasis on efficient operability and supportability.Coordinate with IT and other technical groups on standardization and integration of various business processes. This position supports business and compliance objectives by ensuring projects and systems and technology service activities deliver high levels of quality, service and cost effectiveness. Performs other tasks as assignedSupport to Internal and External Audits from R&D Applications.Experience in executing projects using different methodologies (i.e. waterfall, agile etc.)
Partner with business to understand the bottlenecks in the current system / process landscape and define the target operating model (state)Work on standardization and stabilization of business processes for system implementation across the platformCoordinate with Business, Engineering and other stakeholders to come up with innovation, process improvements within the DS&A system and
process landscapeProvides coaching, counseling, mentoring, and disciplining to maximize staff effectiveness and cohesion
LOCATION: Hyderabad

Required Candidate profile

Masters/Bachelors degree in Engineering / Life Sciences, Computer Science or Chemistry or related discipline.9-14 years of experience in leading business analysis and process transformation projects, IT project managementPreferably in the life sciences industry (not mandatory), with rich experience in handling / managing projects in individual contributor role right from project ideation to closureKnowledge on computerized systems Validations is preferred.Knowledge on computerized systems with data collection software (database).
Good technical writing skills for general documentation and experience working with MS Office applications.
Great communication skill to coordinate with all levels of the organization across the globe.
Experience in project management tasks and managing multiple integrations and toolkits as assigned is desired.
Ability to work/lead multiple projects and suggest business process improvements.
Experience in comprehensive software validation activities using different methodologies (i.e. waterfall, agile etc.), inspections, analyses, and other verification tasks performed at each stage of the software development life cycle is required
