Leading the team that supports E2E Testing, SIT & other functional testing and other activities related to data staging and Innovation. Working closely with the Business/RA team to create future ready and working models basing on org level strategies. Driving alignment on business requirements to manage the day-to-day health of the Non Prod Env including End to End Key Performance Indicators (E2E KPIs) vs Targets. Managing the operating rhythm of Objectives and Key Results strategy. Ensuring alignment and prioritization between objectives and a path to technical implementation on each functional roadmap.
