Job Summary
Job Overview:
As an Assistant Manager - Automation, you will be involved in solution designing for
Machine Vision System and lead and oversee the design, development, implementation, and
management of automation strategies and solutions across our organization. You will play a
pivotal role in optimizing processes, increasing efficiency, and driving innovation through the
integration of automation technologies. Your leadership and technical expertise will
contribute to achieving our operational excellence goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive automation Strategy & Planning aligned with
organization goals and objective.
Oversee the development and testing of automation scripts, workflows, and
processes.
Coordinate deployment of automation solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to
ongoing operations.
Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure optimal
performance and reliability.
Working with cross functional teams i.e. internal and external for appropriate
execution of assigned tasks
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in automation technologies.
Lead efforts to continuously enhance and optimize existing automation processes.
Seek opportunities for process innovation and recommend changes that drive
efficiency gains.
Stakeholder/Customer management.

- Overall experience should be 5 years in Automation Industry and min. 2 year
- Experience in Machine Vision System (Most preferred in Cognex product)
- Willing to Travel for Customer Meeting & Solution Designing
- Solution Designing for Machine Vision System
