BOSS International develops high-technology software for US Fortune 1000 companies, and is recruiting for a Business Development Executive to startup and lead its outbound telemarketing team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving telesales lead generation, telesales business development, marketing, and sales for our software products. The target markets will be Italy, India and Europe. You will work in close coordination with the Sales Team at BOSS International.You will work in our brand-new state-of-the-art Technology and Development Center in Noida, UP, India. Work with Senior Management to understand customer needs and company products. Coordinate with the Senior Management in planning and implementing outbound telesales promotions, strategies, and launch of new products. React and document efficiently and accurately all inbound and outbound enquiries and sales. Provide client feedback to our Research and Development Team on developing new software features. Ensure a high level of motivation, morale and results. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Senior Management.

Minimum Requirements

Any prior experience of working in call center will be a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and the Internet. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. Strong written and verbal English language skills, with a neutral accent.
