Position Description:
As a Business Development Associate, you will be the face of our company for prospective and current learners, building relationships and driving admissions into our flagship programs. This role is key to our revenue generation and involves direct interaction with customers.
Location: Delhi, Lucknow, Chandigarh
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive critical customer acquisition efforts.
- Engage with potential customers via phone to understand their needs and establish a positive rapport.
- Provide detailed information about our programs and build a strong customer pipeline.
- Maintain customer relationships and act as their point of contact throughout their membership journey.
