Job Summary
  • Role & Responsibilities:

      • Attend to calls professionally to provide information about products and services.

      • Promoting financial products

      • Listen and respond to customers needs and concerns

      • Handle returns or complaints

      • Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.

      • Cross selling of Mutual fund and SIP to the existing set of clients. (This will account for only 10% of the overall KRA target).

  • Skill & Knowledge:

      • Graduate from any stream

      • Excellent oral communication skills.

      • Self-motivated and drive to achieve.

      • Ability to listen and should possess problem solving skills.

1 to 3 Year
