Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for Air & Sea Import & Export Customer Service Desk Handling Corporate Key Accounts - Quotations, Booking, shipment planning, and liaising/update of shipments Co-ordinating with Various Overseas agents, Local Carriers, Vendors - CFS / CHA, Shipping Line Sending Pre - alerts, Monitoring Manifestation Coordinate BL release process Inter-department coordination with Pricing desk, Documentation Desk, Accounts Desk for billing & payment releases to vendors for Timely DO & BL release Updating Import / Export Job Data in our in-house software Maintaining & updating MIS reports for Customers & Management


Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Knowledge of Sea & Air Imports Candidates from a Logistic Background will be preferred Work Experience: Min 3-5 years Minimum Graduate /IATA course
