Job description:
Inbound Sales and Technical Support Specialists to help customers providing web-based support.
Selling products and services as per customer needs.
Provide immediate Advanced Support via chat, and accompanying support via phone when necessary.
Key Skills:
Good written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi.
Should possess great Organizational & Analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail in troubleshooting and documentation
Basic knowledge of internet technology
Basic Computer knowledge
Knowledge about MS Office
Qualification:
Any Graduate.
Candidate should have good knowledge about Computers
Candidates should be familiar with topics like routers, PHP etc.
Must be 18 years of age or older
Open to work in rotational shifts, according to business needs
Compensation:
International: 25-32K/Month
Domestic: 12-16K/Month
Additional Information:
Additional retention cum mentorship bonus of INR 72,000-1,44,000 to be paid by Aviate to eligible candidates
Relocation bonus of Rs.10,000
Free Guest House Accommodation for 15 days
Candidates are eligible for an IJP after 6 months.
