Salary: Upto Rs. 25,000/- PM + Incentive
Incentive: Incentive in this profile is extremely huge and it can be as high as Rs. 2 Lakh per month. However, the average incentive in this profile can be considered as Rs.75,000/- per month from 2 nd or 3 rd month onwards depending upon BDM?s performance.
