Responsibilities:
Discovery Phase
- Conducting Customer Research and analysis under the guidance of the PM
- Prototyping and Design Validation with Users
Design Phase
- Update backlog with bugs, improvements, enhancements and suggestions.
- Creating PRDs under the supervision of Senior PM.
- Create Wireframes and Designs
Development Phase
- Working closely with the delivery team to clarify their doubts and ensure release is going smoothly
- QC Suite and Plan Review
- Validation of releases. .
- Conducting UAT and Usability testing with the customers.
Deployment Phase
- Training Customers post release and collecting feedback on the release
- Driving adoption of features post release.
- Documentation: Manuals, Training Videos, and other collaterals for the Product
- Run beta and pilot programs for new features and releases.
- Collecting and analysing Product Level Metrics.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as product owner or junior project manager.
- Ability to analyse data and visualize using at least excel and google sheets
- Familiar with basics of Database querying.
- Very strong project management principles.
- Has basic understanding of software development.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Basic UI / UX Design skills - working with Canva, wireframing
- Atleast 1 year experience in agile planning and project management.
