Job Summary

Aspire Systems, Inc. has an opening for a Technical Sales Manager at our offices in Oak Brook, Illinois. The Technical Sales Manager will continue Brand Management development and build existing portfolios for Aspire, and will be responsible for the following specific duties:

Cultivate, generate, and grow large scale relationships for new accounts in Banking and Financial Services;
Provide vision and thought leadership in identifying and understanding business challenges of clients, and mapping win-win opportunities with relevant solutions and stakeholders;
Understand technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize and craft solutions (along with Pre-Sales teams) to match customer needs;
Be a trusted partner and consultant for clients, advising them how to use information technology through sound knowledge and understanding of IT systems, in order to meet their business objectives and address pain areas;
Apply Process Innovation techniques to improve clients manufacturing processes to help with better shop floor visibility, supply chain tracking, automation of redundant processes, etc. with the use of appropriate technology;
Work with clients to improve the structure and efficiency of IT systems in their organizations;
Provide strategic guidance to clients with regard to technology and IT infrastructures and help enable major business processes through enhancements to IT;
Analyze IT requirements within client companies and provide independent and objective advice on the use of IT.

Minimum Requirements: Master s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, plus two years of experience in a related position.
