Roles and Responsibilities As a Sr Sales Analyst you should be able to analyze large amounts of data, accurately project sales trends, identify sales opportunities, and provide practical guidance to optimize sales strategies and increase market share. As an integral member of the biopharma team, your core responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Reporting directly to senior account leadership, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Omnichannel Marketing, as well as other team members, to provide analytical support to the sales and marketing leadership teams. You will leverage your expertise in Excel and SQL to extract, transform, and report on multiple data sources, providing business intelligence and leading indicators that can be actioned by the field. You will develop and maintain reports and dashboards that can be used by the field to analyze their business and drive actionable insights. You will work closely with senior commercial leaders to compile data and slides for their business review meetings. You will assist senior management with integrating and interpreting external data from IQVIA and third-party service providers to provide deeper analytical insights. You will demonstrate outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities, and be an enterprising and resourceful self-starter who is also a strong team player. You will feel comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization. Any other job functions as decided by management. Technical Competency Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify issues and develop and implement solutions to meet department and company goals. Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization. Functional Competency A bachelor s degree in business or marketing 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytics and/or sales force sizing role is preferred. 1-2 years of experience working with various datasets used by pharma commercial teams, such as claims datasets by IQVIA, Symphony, and/or EHR data by PPS or similar organizations. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple complex issues simultaneously. Flexibility, energy, and ability to work well with others in a cross functional environment. Should be able to learn and upskill in new technologies. Being a team player that can deliver in a high pressure and high demanding environment.
