Roles and Responsibilities
1) Sales Productivity Monitoring and analysis on monthly basis leading to visible improvement in performances.
2) Design and disburse incentives.
3) Conduct various analytics on a monthly basis on data from Transwings and use it to scale up productivities, better scheme results, month on month sales results.
4) Identify poor performers at the end of each Quarter and facilitate necessary interventions. Training, mentoring etc by working with L & D Manager & / or RSM / ZM. Goal Near zero poor performers.
5) Aid in preparation of annual budgeting and field target setting exercises.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have relevant experience in SFE.
Experience in IVD /Medical device industry would be an added advantage.
