Job Description
- Candidate should have work experience in bidding on portals like Guru, Elance, Upwork, Freelacner.com etc. and understanding the project requirement.
- Experience to preparing the business proposal.
- Must have potent Marketing skills and communication skills.
- Must be able to look into new Project acquisition through proposals and communicating with clients.
- To building-up the database of clients, track them and pitch them for the projects.
- Develop plans to expand the current business and fetch new projects in the organizations.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research pertaining to expanding business and extracting clients from the market.
- Assist in creation of sales presentation as and when it is required and preparing documents for the clients for pitching them.
- Ability to sell/convince the prospect of the business proposition and ensure closure of order.
- Excellent client or customer interfacing skills. Have a extreme level of presentation in English communication.
- Good Logic and analytical capabilities.
- Motivation to achieve desired business targets/objectives.
- Thorough with MS Excel, Power-point.
- Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures.
