Job Summary Job Description
  • Candidate should have work experience in bidding on portals like Guru, Elance, Upwork, Freelacner.com etc. and understanding the project requirement.
  • Experience to preparing the business proposal.
  • Must have potent Marketing skills and communication skills.
  • Must be able to look into new Project acquisition through proposals and communicating with clients.
  • To building-up the database of clients, track them and pitch them for the projects.
  • Develop plans to expand the current business and fetch new projects in the organizations.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research pertaining to expanding business and extracting clients from the market.
  • Assist in creation of sales presentation as and when it is required and preparing documents for the clients for pitching them.
Skills Required
  • Ability to sell/convince the prospect of the business proposition and ensure closure of order.
  • Excellent client or customer interfacing skills. Have a extreme level of presentation in English communication.
  • Good Logic and analytical capabilities.
  • Motivation to achieve desired business targets/objectives.
  • Thorough with MS Excel, Power-point.
  • Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures.
