Job Summary

What you will be doing Maintain and enhance our Knowledge Database aligned with frequently asked queries. Provide continuous proactive and reactive technical support to customers through a scaled ticketing system while ensuring a high level of satisfaction from our service. Problem and Root-Cause-Analysis as part of our 2nd-Level-Support. Troubleshoot our customers technical issues in cooperation with their engineering and second level operations teams, while also working with Anyline's internal technical teams to resolve those issues. Work together with Engineering, Product and Product Design to bring customer requests onto our roadmap. YOUR PROFILE At least 2 years working experience with either one or more of the following languages: Java/C#/Javascript/Swift/Kotlin. Some experience with at least 2 of the following frameworks: Xamarin/ReactNative/Cordova/Flutter. Knowledge about mobile SDKs. Querying and Data Retrieval: Experience in creating queries using Grafana's and Kibana s query language (in case no experience with those, at least basic SQL knowledge) Data Visualization: Ability to choose appropriate visualization types (e.g., graphs, tables, heatmaps) and configure them in Grafana to represent data accurately and intuitively Attention to detail: this involves ensuring data accuracy, validating queries, and conducting thorough testing to guarantee the quality and reliability of the Grafana dashboards. Access management and security: Experience in managing access controls and user accounts within Grafana. This includes setting up user roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate data access levels. Previous experience working directly with customers (Customer Service, Customer Support, etc).
