Role in the organization:
- The ideal candidate will be an expert at creating relationships with some of the most desired Indian as well as Global brands by
- understanding the needs of these enterprises and bringing relevant solutions to drive their marketing agenda.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute aggressive sell-to and sell-through strategies
- Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow Our Company's key relationships
- Understand customer's business to be able to explore solution opportunities
- Responsible to make proposal and Contracts
- Assist Sr Manager with key insights and technical information on the accounts
- Understand business requirement and competitive landscape to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients
- Understand the firms marketing technology offerings and map their benefits to client needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market
- Orchestrate work with the Clients, Client Services, Product & Delivery teams to ensure high-quality services
- Achieve quarterly quotas
Experience/Education Requirements :
- At Least 2-4 year of sales/Account Management, solutioning, and consulting experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
- MBA degree from a Tier 1/2 Business School Preferred
- Willingness for travel
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team
- Energetic and highly motivated
