Job brief:
Your main role is to contribute in generating sales for Amazing Solar. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships and maximize profitability.
Prerequisite:
o To be able to work from 5:00 am - 2:00 pm IST. & Saturday: 5:00am-12:00 noon IST.
o Past Experience in a similar role in International Call centre (UK/US/Australia/Canada/New Zealand)
o Added Advantage if you have experience in Solar Industry
o Experience minimum 1 -3 years (Preferably from MNCs like Genpact, HCL, TCS, Infosys)
o Access to: a smartphone, high-speed internet, and a working condition laptop
o High school diploma or any college graduate degree.
o 5 Star - English rating.
Experience:
o Proven experience as telesales representative inbound / outbound.
o Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
o Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Skills:
o Excellent knowledge of English.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
o Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
o Amazing Customer Service | Customer relations.

Job Responsibilities: Primary
o Manage all incoming inquiries and provide customer support on each platform; Phone, Email, Live chat - Amazing Web, FB, Insta, Lead agents, Deal sites
o Nurture Leads, schedule appointments and direct them to field sales team when needed.
o Develop, document & use your own pitching strategies for different client base for continually improving your closing & mark-up ratios
o Monitor the companys industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
o Maintain records of calls and sales/clients and note useful information
o Educate customers on how solar can benefit them financially and its environmental impact
o Prepare and send quotations, daily follow-ups and Close Sales
o Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation by resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
o Go the extra mile to meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs and facilitate future sales
Job Responsibilities: Secondary
o Set own targets, goals and forecast of sales at the start of each week, month and year and share with your team leader.
o Generate inquiries through- Google AdWords, Facebook posts, Gumtree, eBay, Catch, Groupon, Coupon, other deal websites, etc.
o Actively seek out referrals from the existing customer & new inquiries/bookings.
o Taking an active part in lead generation campaigns, attending trade shows and lead generation booths.
o Training new telesales members as and when required.
o Other marketing and sales activities as required.
o Take a daily dose of achieving success (self-training) update your knowledge base and skillset.
o Periodic Reporting to Management.
o Entering data into the database and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
o Other Administrative tasks: Like Project Coordination, Internal Team Support etc.
o Should attend Weekly Team meetings.

Salary Package:
Fix Salary: Rs.22,000 Rs.35,000 pm + Uncapped Incentives: if you have potential to earn more. - Sky is the limit.
