Job Summary
We required Fresher candidates who can manage few followup calls regarding inquiry, customer feedback, and day to day activity. He/She should able to handle Social Promotion Activity in free time like basic Search Engine Optimization or Social Media Promotion (We will provide Training).
- Will be responsible for creating engagement on customer and partner side via different calling activities.
- Maintain relationship with both the stakeholders and resolve their queries
- Will be responsible for creating awareness about the product and the process
- Will be responsible for gathering feedback regarding our services from the users
- Daily reporting of the performance to the Team Lead
- Regular feedback to help improve the processes
- Manage the social media accounts and posts content.
- Brainstorm creative and engaging campaign ideas.
- Monitor social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Engage with customers or clients across all social media platforms.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Build strong online communities through our various social media platforms.
