Provision ofend user support for all infrastructure and network issues besides managinghelpdesk activities.
Serveradministration and maintenance as per defined policies and standards
Undertakingnetwork specification and connectivity design requirements and associatedimplementation activities.
Configuringhardware and communications equipment either independently or via supplier /vendor staff.
TroubleshootingWAN and LAN issues and undertake root cause analysis and resolution for thesame.
Monitoringnetwork traffic, outages, service disruptions and performance. Produce ITservice delivery reports.
Undertakespecial projects as per directions of the CTO.
Ensureadherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Fullyresponsible for resolution of all operational network and hardware issues.
Fullyresponsible for creation of IT services catalogue and associated SLAs.
Fully responsiblefor services rendered by outsourced facilities management service provider andachieving SLA compliance.
Ensuringcompliance to corporate IT standards and guidelines (including licensemanagement)
