Job Summary Job Title: Fraud Investigation Associate Company: Bajaj Finance Ltd. ### Job Purpose This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. and involves managing and resolving fraud-related complaints. ### Duties and Responsibilities 1. Complaint Resolution: - Handle end-to-end closure of all fraud-related complaints received from social media and other sources. 2. Data Management: - Maintain a Management Information System (MIS) for all complaints data, ensuring a clear audit trail. 3. Trend Analysis: - Study fraud trends and share findings to enhance preventive measures. 4. Fraud Detection: - Identify and report fake websites and misleading social media advertisements. ### Required Qualifications and Experience - Qualification: - Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. - Prerequisite Skills: - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of products and services. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).
