Essential Functions:
Opportunity Identification: To perform process study, process assessments, design thinking sessions to come up with automation opportunities
Process design: To understand cspanent s business processes, draw up As-Is and design To-be processes Requirements Documentation: To collect, analyze, and document process related artifacts (functional as well as non-functional).
Collaboration: spanaison with development teams on managing requirements, participate in UAT, and reaspanze proposed/estimated benefits.
Presales support: Support presales activities for new opportunities via process discovery and requirements gathering sessions.
Presales support: To convert each solution implementation into a high impact case study and referenceable cspanent testimonials and case studies
What are we looking for in you?
Total 3+ years experience working within an IT or Process excellence domain.
Minimum 1 years experience post-MBA should be in one of the following
RPA/Cognitive Automation assessments/consulting/implementation
Business process automation/workflow tools
Domain understanding of Finance & Accounting/ BFSI
Knowledge of lean/six sigma, Machine learning concepts, and basic programming skills (in .Net/C#/PLSQL) will be a definite advantage
Work effectively both independently as well as a member of a cross-functional team
Willing to travel as required
