Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:-


- Responsible for supervising business development, marketing and operations for
Insurance/Mutual fund division.

- Manages adjusters investigators and appraisers.

- Insures claims are processed in a timely manner and resolves issues that arise during
process.

- Professionally and effectively employs Business Development skills to achieve targeted sales
within stipulated Time Frame.

- Will take care of Offline and Online Insurance/Mutual fund.

- Responsible for New client acquisition and Increase the level of sales and business mix from
individual clients.

- Managing the sales operations and accountable for increasing the sales growth.

- Create and Modify procedures and documents related to insurance policies.

- Identify risks associated with policies and assist in claims management.

- Manage Mutual fund/Insurance Data for reports.

- Risk and Portfolio Management.

- Obtain and oversee company insurance or related funds that management uses to cover costs
such as disability benefits or lawsuits.

- Identify and develop sources of potential clients

- Effective Client Management and Team Handling.

- Determine premium rates of insurance.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Revenue generation and Servicing to existing and new Channel partners/Corporate.
  • Handing entire Mutual Funds/ IPO/ Insurance etc. Portfolio for Alankit.
  • Handling existing team and build new team for Business expansion.
  • Generation of Revenue and increase profitability.
  • Coordination and Business relationship with all the insurance/mutual funds companies.
  • Presentation to new corporate.
  • Hassle free claim settlement overview.
  • Quotations and Negotiation with insurance/mutual fund companies.
  • Training, development and motivation to existing and new Team.
  • Guide Team for clearing exam of IRDA broker Qualified Person.

Desired Candidate Profile:-


- Excellent communication skill.

- Positive attitude.

- Team handling experience.

- Experience in selling mutual fund is mandatory.




Qualification :
Any Graduate in Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM in International Business, Marketing
Experience Required :

10 to 20 Years
