Essential Job Responsibilities: Support a 24 x 7 AWS, Azure SaaS environment for production and development ensuring site uptime, performance and customer SLA s Contribute and be part of DevOps team and automate CI/CD Looking for a lead candidate to manage infrastructure as code to get a robust and automated setup Monitoring Azure and AWS resources, review and recommend automation and build cost efficiencies Resolve issues queue in accordance with cloud services standards to ensure cases are resolved in a timely manner Provide a quality customer experience through all interactions Analyze and troubleshoot complex solution issues to determine root cause Enhance and develop infrastructure / configuration management to be scalable, robust, and redundant Work with Product Management and Software Development staff to deliver software to production Track issue resolution status and participate standup meetings Drive day to day internal technical operations Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues Drive monitoring initiatives to instantiate a cloud Reliability team to implement self-healing tactics Foster technology adoption through training and documentation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field in Computer Science or Technology preferred AWS and/or Azure certifications a plus 5 Years of CloudOps and DevOps experience supporting SaaS environments o In-depth experience with AWS & Azure, IaaS, PaaS deployments o VPC/VNet and VPC/VNet Peering, Single sign on such as IDP/SAML/FIM/MFA o load balancing, high availability, disaster recovery, security best practices o Firewall, Encryption, IDS/IPS, AV (anti-virus) tools o Understanding of system and network architecture, system platforms, system access, database design, SQL queries, and network protocols Experience using Programming languages such as .Net, Java or Python, SQL Experience using various tools for application and infrastructure performance troubleshooting Experience using Azure Monitor and/or AWS CloudWatch for application and infrastructure monitoring Experience using Azure security center and/or AWS Cloud Security Experience using Uptrends, Rapid7 Experience implementing data encryption at rest and inflight Experience with Databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, performance troubleshooting, DB tuning Experience with BI and Data Integration tools like Informatica/Talend/Kettle/SnapLogic & PowerBI DevOps methodologies o CI / CD (Terraform, Jenkins, BitBucket, GitHub) o Scripting Languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ruby) o Configuration Management (Puppet, Salt, Chef, Chocolaty & Ansible) o Release Management tools such as Octopus deploy, Azure DevOps o Automation of deployment scripts of web application, DB & Infrastructure o Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and possess high level of technical skills, analytical, problem solving, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills o Experience with Agile methodology and running or participating in Scrum / Kanban procedures o Ability to work alternate shift schedules and 24x7 on-call schedule, as needed.
