Job Summary Roles & responsibilities
  • Successfully manage project lifecycle end-to-end, from client-approval through completion including discovery, requirement documentation, visual design, development, QA and launch.
  • Gather information on our client's business processes, critical success factors, marketplace, and competitive standing through interviews and research.
  • Create and manage project timelines, backlogs, schedules and budgets.
  • Developing detailed designs, plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports.
  • Keeping the project team informed regarding key deliverables and milestones.
  • Liaising with relevant teams, clients, and managers for the duration of the project.
  • Conducting research and bench marking on corporate websites and online annual reports
  • Identify creative solutions that can satisfy client objectives when timing and budget are tight
  • Contribute to planning & brainstorming sessions prior to project approval
  • Anticipate project issues (e.g. budget, resource availability) and proactively escalate as needed.
  • Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Complete post-project evaluations to assess the results that were achieved.
Skills & competencies
  • Practical experience with content management systems, Google Analytics, and project management software.
  • Sound understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Should possess basic understanding of technical know-how to solve client concerns.
  • Ability to network and build relationships.
  • A constant desire to learn more about the latest technology trends.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and organization skills.
Qualifications & experience
  • Bachelor s degree with an emphasis on business or marketing is preferred.
  • Agile certifications are a plus.
  • At least 3 years of digital agency experience.
  • Experience in managing corporate website projects.
  • Should be able to handle digital and web projects.
