Responsibilities

Work with a multi-disciplinary team to translate the client s business requirements into a solution vision and understand high-level architecture

Lead detailed design, implementation and integrations as part of large complex agile projects or product engineering teams

Lead globally distributed teams of CMS and Commerce solutions, integration and QA engineers to implement the solution with a combination of planning and execution

Use your deep understanding of Digital Experience Platforms to provide thought leadership to our clients and internal teams on best leveraging the CMS and Commerce tools

A deep knowledge of program management and different delivery methodologies

Be accountable for the overall delivery of the solutions

Anticipate issues and risks at the module level and work with program leadership to escalate and help problem-solve appropriately

Good understanding of DevOps and Program Management Tools

Creation, ownership and maintenance of schedule, communication plans, project plans, risk plans, customer communication, project profitability, staffing

Monitor and manage day-to-day technical tasks

Update schedule for both internal team and client

Experience:

10+ years of experience in Commerce and Content solution implementation in general, with at least 4 yrs of experience specific Program Management

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science (or related field) and a minimum of 8 years of overall software development experience.

Strong working knowledge of CMS and eCommerce Solutions

Expertise in leading end to end solutions involving commerce, content and order management and integrations

Experience leading large sized teams and technology engagements, including client and consulting staff

Experience in leading the UI/UX design work along with clients

Experience estimation, planning and daily reporting on the progress of programs

Professional and consultative mindset with commitment for excellent customer service.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).

Ability to come up with creative solutions for ambiguous problems and learn quickly.

Detail oriented, with proven follow-through skills

Proven track record managing a variety of digital projects from concept to completion
