Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

3-5 years of experience

Key Responsibilities and required skills:

  • Must Have:
    • Software: High level proficiency needed in:
      • MS Office suite of packages, especially PPTs
      • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
    • Some experience (3-5 yrs) designing materials for emails / webinars / doodles etc
    • Should be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
    • Good communication skills
    • Working knowledge of UI / UX concepts
    • Creatively designing visuals per business outreach plans / contexts should be able to create a visualization from verbal briefs & discussions
  • Preferable:
    • Familiarity with social media and web analytics metrics
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
    • Ability to multi-task / manage time / handle work pressure
    • Ready to explore & learn new software / packages on designing side
    • Masters degree or Specialized certifications in any accredited design / visualization courses (even from online sources is OK)
