Job Summary Job Description:

1) Job Purpose:

To contribute towards fulfillment of organization resource requirement by identifying and recruiting quality talent on the basis of detailed assessment of competencies and as per established organizational design and priorities.

Recruitment Planning &

Hiring

  • Review quarterly manpower planning & departmental manpower requirements
  • Interact with departmental heads & understand profile specifications, strategize & plan recruitments
  • Source candidates through job portals, professional & social networking sites, employee referrals, internal recruitments, consultants & identify other innovative & cost effective ways of sourcing
  • Liaise with sourcing vendors & define their SLAs
  • Calculate recruitment metrics regularly in order to maintain cost & TAT

Candidate Screening &

Selection Process

  • Undertake preliminary screening & shortlist candidates who fulfill the selection credentials
  • Schedule interviews in coordination with the departmental heads & undertake candidate assessments
  • Ensure efficient documentation and referral checks, medical tests, etc. for new joinees in lines with the organizational policy
  • Perform requisite administrative functions to facilitate induction & smooth on-board transition of the new employee
  • Brief the candidate about the job profile, salary & benefits, important new joinee policies & issue the offer letter upon joining

MIS, Process improvements

& other activities

  • Maintain analytics pertaining to recruitment closure and TATs, recruitment cost ratios, sourcing channel efficiency etc.
  • Study attrition analysis periodically & suggest changes in recruitment strategies to the management
  • Coordinate for new recruitment/ assessment tools and to induct the hiring managers with efficient assessment techniques for enabling them to assess interviewees better

Any Graduate

4-8 Years
