Job Summary The Head of Brand Strategy is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that position the company as a leader in the real estate industry. This role involves leading the brand strategy team, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring brand performance to ensure the company's brand is strong, consistent, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and position the company as a leader in the real estate industry. Team Leadership: Lead the brand strategy team to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all communication channels. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand expansion and growth, analyze competitor activities, and understand target audience preferences. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to integrate brand strategies across all touchpoints and ensure a consistent brand experience. Brand Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust brand strategies accordingly. Analyze the effectiveness of brand initiatives and make recommendations for improvement. Brand Guidelines: Oversee the development and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels. Budget Management: Manage the brand strategy budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve brand objectives. Reporting: Report to senior management on the effectiveness of brand strategies, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Marketing or Business Strategy Minimum 5-7 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related field Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and messaging Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with market research and data analysis Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience in the real estate industry Knowledge of digital marketing and social media Proficiency in design and content creation tools Job Type: Full-time
