Job Summary
Key Responsibilities User Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors across various applications. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform design decisions. Wireframing and Prototyping: Lead the team in creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts. Iterate on designs based on feedback and results from user testing. Interface Design (UI): Develop visually appealing and consistent interfaces for ICICI Bank s digital products. Ensure designs align with ICICI Bank s brand guidelines and are responsive across various devices. User Experience Design (UX): Design intuitive user journeys that enhance overall satisfaction and ease of interaction with products. Accessibility: Ensure designs are accessible to users with diverse abilities and needs by adhering to accessibility standards and guidelines. Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to apply innovative solutions that enhance user experience. Problem Solving: Identify and address design challenges, providing creative solutions. Iterate designs based on feedback and real-world usage insights. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers. Communicate design ideas effectively and incorporate feedback throughout the design process. Key Qualifications & Skills Education Qualification: Any graduation/post-graduation with 10-12 years of experience in UI/UX design. Experience: Hands-on experience in leading the design of customer-facing applications (both web and mobile). Strong understanding of user behavior, market trends, and brand experience creation.
