Job Summary Position Summary: The Senior Executive - Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase market share for Apollo Hospitals. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the overall business objectives of Apollo Hospitals. Brand Management: Strengthen and protect the Apollo Hospitals brand identity through consistent messaging and positioning. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor activities, and identify emerging trends. Digital Marketing: Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Public Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets to generate favorable press coverage. Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events, conferences, and workshops to engage with target audiences. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives. Qualifications: Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand management, market research, digital marketing, and public relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools.
