Job Summary

Job Description

Accolite is looking for Technical Support with 2 to 3 yrs of experience

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and trouble shooting of apps.
  • Should be able to take requests from client and be able to handle those requests.
  • The requests would be of the nature to identify the devices (phones/tabs) plus them in and if issues, then trouble shoot if any app is not working etc.

Eligibility

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
