Roles & Responsibilities: Proficient in employee lifecycle events from onboarding till separation. Understand people and the pulse, be an Advisor to business and have effective communication with Delivery Directors. Support Culture and initiatives, People connect to enable the engagement. Events / communication coordination and driving participation. Learning and Development (training, learning programs, conferences), Enabling skill and capabilities development as per Business needs. Create visibility with people and consider you for communicating their concerns, Drive Employee Experience. Onboarding - journey coordination, Talent review- PIP - structure, facilitate, monitor, support Payroll - support as needed. Regular reporting and proficient in working on the HRMS. HR-SPOC- working needs / issues resolutions (support as needed locally). Flexible working - advice and coordination, Exit - closing formalities. Emergencies support, Specific people problems - support and coordination Skills, competencies and work experience: 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in a product/consulting or technology company (preferred) Have been responsible for the support and care of a group of at least 400 to 500 employees. Comfortable working and in a distributed organization. Have been exposed to an entrepreneurial culture, implementing new ideas and bringing innovative solutions for the business. Should be hands -on/Individual contributor, should be a proactive communicator, easily build credibility and trust across a wide range of people. Able to give and receive feedback constructively. Comfortable having difficult discussions. Have personal and professional resilience. Can accept mistakes and handle conflict. Able and willing to make decisions and not always be right. Stands up for our people, can become unpopular. Proficiency in MS Office
