As an Associate Manager in Bid Management, you ll be responsible for leading diverse teams through the entire bid lifecycle, ensuring the right resources are engaged and bids meet or exceed client expectations. The Work: As a Sales Excellence Associate Manager, you will: Lead Deal Teams: Manage deal teams throughout the entire bid lifecycle, ensuring the preparation, development, and negotiation of bids that meet client requirements. Strategize: Work with deal leadership to define winning strategies and messages that resonate with clients. Resource Planning: Determine the expertise needed for each bid and ensure the right resources are allocated accordingly. Drive Bid Activities: Facilitate communication across teams and workstreams to ensure smooth and efficient bid activities. Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key deal team stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration. Optimize Bid Process: Continuously look for opportunities to improve bid management processes and tools. Develop Yourself and Others: Foster growth by sharing knowledge and learning, both for yourself and your team. What Are We Looking For? Essential Skills: Educational Requirements: A Bachelor s degree (or equivalent). Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in bid management or sales support. Fluency: Strong fluency in English (both oral and written). Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, people management, communication, and team-building skills. Desirable Skills: Experience in sales, sales enablement, and negotiations fundamentals. Familiarity with concepts like pipeline management, deal qualification, competitive positioning, client relationship strategy, deal shaping, and financial modeling. Knowledge of outsourcing, system integration, cloud, security, or other technology platforms and trends. Roles and Responsibilities: As a Bid Management Associate Manager, you will: Understand Client Needs: Collaborate with deal leadership to define win strategies, tailor messages, and develop compelling offers that align with client requirements.
