Job Summary

Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Conducting end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Managing recruitment processes to meet staffing requirements. Employee Management: Overseeing and managing employee activities to maintain a positive remote work environment. Addressing employee concerns and fostering a collaborative remote workplace. Salary Negotiation: Engaging in salary negotiations with potential candidates based on company guidelines. Collaborating with hiring managers to determine appropriate and competitive salary packages. Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitating the onboarding process for new remote hires. Conducting remote orientation sessions to introduce employees to company policies and culture. Documentation and Compliance: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date remote employee records. Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations for remote workers. Performance Management: Supporting remote performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback. Identifying opportunities for remote employee development and career advancement. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in Human Resources. Skills: Strong knowledge of remote recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Negotiation skills, especially in remote salary discussions with candidates. Familiarity with HR software and tools. Attributes: Proactive and detail-oriented. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
