• Responsible for handling end to end recruitment assignments for Company
• Analyzing and understanding the Job description
• Experience of working on Naukri.com
• Sourcing, screening, Job posting and mass mailing profiles from job portal and other sources
• Calling prospecting candidate, explaining them about openings
• Shortlisting the candidates as per clients requirements and then scheduling up the interviews.
• Regular follow up with the selected candidates to confirm their joining dates,
• Maintaining and updating database of potential, prospective and rejected
• Handling IT Recruitment for assigned process
