Business Head

Location- Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Evolve Sales strategies to build scale in Used Car Loans business
  • Lead the Digitalization of Business model
  • Team Building and management
  • Plan and Implement strategy to achieve budget business numbers & profitability.
  • Manage and grow Partnership, Brick & Motor & Direct business model.
  • Ensure Dealer/Broker channel on boarding
  • Drive profitability by ensuring healthy portfolio and achieve targeted IRR
  • Ensure cost management
  • Ensure efficient execution of Product specific initiatives to grow market share/ brand visibility.
  • Relationship management with Major Dealers
  • Prepare and ensure execution of competition strategy.
  • Create regional/state level Manpower resource plan to ensure optimum utilization of resource
  • Mentoring, training & developing manpower with current & future skill set.
  • Developing a rigorous review mechanism with direct & indirect team to encourage bottom up communication & gather market intelligence.

Requirement

  • BE/ MBA from a reputed institute
  • 15-18 years experience in the Financial services industry
  • Has Experience in Digitalization
  • Foresight and planning for disruption in Covid times
  • Leadership and mentoring skills
  • Very good communication and presentation skills.


Skills Required :
Business Head,P&L, Used Car Loans, Automobile Loans ,Private vehicles
Qualification :
MBA/PGDM
Experience Required :

11 to 17 Years
